Visual Aids’ 17th Annual Postcards from the Edge Benefit<\/a> art sale happens this weekend. I’ve donated a postcard-sized watercolor painting to this great cause. I’ll be at the preview party Friday night (they let the artists in at 6pm, but VIP ticket holders can come at 5). The benefit sale is open to the public Saturday, January 31 from 10 to 6 and Sunday, February 1 from 10 to 4. All this happens at Luhring-Augustine Gallery at 531 W. 24th Street. Check out the Visual Aids\u00a0website<\/a> for all the details.<\/p>\n

The event promises to be quite impressive. \u00a0There are over 1600 original works of art, all postcard-sized, in the Exhibit benefit. \u00a0Each piece of art is for sale for $85.<\/p>\n
